El Burro is all about creating a relaxed Mexican dining experience, so don't expect Tex-mex American style food here topped with loads of cheese and oil. The food is delicately spiced, fresh and flavourful. For starters, try the rellenos (they aren't called chili poppers at El Burro), the stuffed jalapeņo peppers. There's also ceviche, which is a lime-cured white fish dressed with herbs and aromatics. My favourite pick for starters is the Esquites which is a bowl of sweet corn dressed with Parmesan cheese, lime juice, coriander and butter, it's moreish.
